At the first step in the production of tomato ketchup, tomatoes are picked and put into baskets. Then they are classified according to its quality, and tomatoes that do not meet the standards need to be got rid of. Next, the suitable tomatoes are loaded onto a lorry and delivered to a factory. In the factory, stalk, together with seeds and peel are eliminated from tomatoes which are then put into containers to be crushed. Afterwards, the additives included sugar, vinegar and salt are added to the container. After that, this mixture is boiled and left cool for 2 hours.

The process continues with two steps of pouring the sauce into bottles and labelling them. The final products are carefully inspected before being packaged. Tomato ketchup’s bottles are transported to supermarket and finally are ready to use with hamburger and fries.
