Some people think government is wasting money on the art and this money could be spent elsewhere
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Whether to spend money on the art or not is a debatable issue. It is opined by some that it is total wastage of money if spent on the art. This essay will state the partial disagreement, optimistic views and otherwise.
Art shares some kind of ionic bonds with the mankind. In forms such as paintings, infrastructure, music, clothing etc, it is connected to us.Regimes spend money on beautification of locality by depicting the statues of political heroes, legends of the history and building up the art museums. It is intensely beneficial for local society and that particular region as well. As tourist from the other States and countries bring their currencies, Moreover they get to know about history and lifestyle of that particular location. Newborns in their later ages will feel proud when they will come to know the great histories of their ancestors.
However, flipping to the other side of the coin, there comes an entirely pessimistic view. It is thought by some that governments should not be spending money on the arts because there are too many other things to do. As globe is facing recession, it is duty of the particular regime to bring about the prosperity to the nation by spending much money on global business and setting up financial assets for the country. The other reasons may conclude, according to recent study in 2008 held in France, suggested that a mere 8% of the people visiting war museum left the building with a sense of pity to all the dead. 92% of the rest showed a cold emotion. it is insensible to put up a great expenditure to a thing that people do not even care about.
Everything that has been stated so far, concludes to a statement that currency of course should be spent on the art but governments should be much more on the parallel, putting up efforts towards the economic strength of the country.
