Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing because I wish to complaint about a situation that myself and my neighbors are living through and I would appreciate you give this complaint your immediate attention to avoid me taking this issue further. My name is eva Thompson and I have been living in street number 4 near Everest apartment from many years and paying my taxes to local council faithfully. Let me explain you the situation.
The maintenance of the road is going on. There are large machines digging deep trenches in the road. As well as these, men are using grinders to cut through metal signs on the road. The pavements are unpassable. The noise is incredible, high pitched and constant. It really grates on your nerves and I am currently getting no peace at all. This work continues until early evening and having finished my demanding job I need peace in my home, unfortunately, that is not possible with these remodeling of roads.
Therefore, I would like you to have a look on the timing of work getting completed, so that residents gets their peace when they are back from the work. The work can be initiated in early morning and can be completed early evenings when people are at their workplace. Moreover, where the large machines are required this work should not be stretched in the evening rather should be completed in noon.
I highly expect your kind attention on it.
Yours Sincerely
Urvashi
