The three pie charts demonstrate the average ratios of three nutritions intakings in four common meals of USA people’s daily basis, simultaneously these nutrients can cause health diseases if over-eaten.
At first glance, the data indicate consumptions of three nutritions in Americans’ breakfasts occupied the least proportions which remain stable from 14 to 16 percent. While the other three meals’ nutritional intakes between sodium, fat, and sugar change more frequently. Firstly, dinner meals pioneer the others as the most consumers of sodium and saturated fat of 43% and 37%, compared to the sugar which is about 20% lower than that consumed from the snacks. Lunch meals tend to retain the same proportions of three nutrients’ intakes which is just slightly around 19 to 29%. In addition, sodium and fat intake from snacks are not as high as those from dinners, but the sugar added is much higher which is accurately 42%, much higher than sugar consumed in the other meals.
Each meal has its own nutritional consumption, but the dinners by and large seize the most sodium, fat, and sugar during the day.
