The process below shows how to make dough for a pizza. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The diagram reveals the process by which a pizza dough is produced.
In general, as can be seen from the process, there are a total of 7 steps included in the procedure. Moreover, starting with putting the ingredient into a stand mixer, the pizza dough making process concludes with dividing the dough into smaller pieces.
The first step begins when 4 cups of 00 flour (500 grams), 1 and a half of water (325 grams), 2 teaspoons of salt and a half teaspoon of dry active yeast are added into a stand mixer. After that, all the ingredients are mixed for 2 minutes on slow, then faster for 5 minutes on medium and back to slow for the last 2 minutes.
Once the mix steps are done, the dough is risen and doubled in size for at least 2 hours. Then the dough is taken out and kneaded to remove all the air bubbles. Eventually, the dough is cut into the same 3 pieces (275 grams each).
