The process describes the way in which, brick is produced. Overall, there are 8 steps in the process, beginning with the extraction of clay from the ground and cumulating in the delivering of packaged bricks to the destination.
Fist of all, clay is extracted from the ground by a large digger. After that, the clay is spread in a metal grid with the assist of a roller. As soon as sand and water are added to the clay, they are cut in bricks shape by a mount or a wire cutter. Afterward, bricks are dried in a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. The next step is that the dried bricks are heated with moderate heat in a kiln, then they are transferred into another kiln to keep on being heated with high heat. After having been heated, the bricks are moved to a cooling chamber to cool down. This process takes 48 to 72 hours to complete, after which the bricks are packaged. Last, the packaged bricks are delivered to the destination by trucks.
