The maps depict the development taking place in an unspecified city since 1950. Looking from an overall perspective, this city has been renovated extensively, with the expansion of the residential area, and that this place has become more urbanized for accommodation and economy during the given period.
There was a river running across the village from west to east. The airport was situated in the southeast of the map in 1950, after which it has been extended to the present day. The business district was located to the north of the river in 1950, it then has been expanded southward at present. the residential area previously positioned in the uppermost part of the map, currently being enlarged in all directions so as to offer accommodation for 200 thousand people, which was fourfold higher than the demographic of this city in 1950.
Another modification is that a dam has been built to the northwest of the airport in present-day in order to create a big lake along the river that stretches from the western to the eastern edge of the residential area. There are now additions of more major roads in the southside of the city, which could allow people to conveniently commute. The bridge over the river, which was in the heart of the city in 1950, is now over the lake and a second bridge has been constructed to the east of the dam in the present. The number of the government building has been increased from 1 to 2 at present, with an old building being reduced in size and a new one being erected to the south of this city.
