First of all, to make the dough, you need to add 5 ingredients to the stand mixer, which include 4 cups of flour, one and a half cups of water, 2 teaspoons of salt, and a half teaspoon of dry active yeast. Secondly, put the mixer into the blender and mix them for 2 minutes on the slow mode. Thirdly, start the medium mode in 5 minutes. After that, return to the slow mode and continue to mix for the last 2 minutes. In addition, we will let rise the dough at least 2 hours, which will help the dough increases the size by double. Furthermore, using hands to work the dough to remove all the air bubbles inside of it. Finally, before completing, the dough will be cut into 3 pieces or 275 grams each dough.
