The chart below shows the results of a survey conducted by a university library to find out the opinions of full-time and part-time students about its services.
The chart represents a survey’s results carried out by a university library to acquire the opinions from full-time and part-time students about its services.
In general, it can be seen that there are more full-time students satisfied with the support from the IT department than part-time students. However, the great majority of students were happy with the library opening hours.
In terms of IT support, both part-time and full-time students show a similar percentage in the rate of being quite happy, at 32% and 35% respectively. However, there was only 20% of part-time students delighted with the IT service whereas, there was 55% of full-time students happy with the service. While only 13% of full-time students were not satisfied with these services, this figure was nearly 50% for part-time students.
Another noticeable note is that most students were very happy with the opening hours, 67% for full-time students and 72% for part-time students respectively. The proportion of full-time students who stated that they were quite enjoyed with the opening hours was 32%, compared to 23% of part-time students. Only a small number of students are not satisfied with the opening time-just 5% or less.
