Dear Rick,
I am writing this letter to request you to set up the necessary equipment for my presentation. My presentation is due on Friday, and it is about the Strategic Planning of our Information Technology Infrastructure Services. The presentation will talk about the different latest Technological products which can be used in the planning for infrastructure services. Moreover, it will include the investment cost which is required to set up the new technological services for our clients.
The required equipment for the presentation involves, a microphone for me to speak and interact with the audience, a projector to show all the slides on the screen as the presentation talk will be in the conference hall on our office premises. In addition, please ensure that everything is controllable remotely while presenting as I will be roaming around the hall to interact with the audience.
Although my presentation is on Friday, may I suggest you set all equipment up a day before, so that I could practice and prepare myself because I want my presentation to be delivered flawlessly? Also, please make sure that the sitting arrangement should be row-wise as I do not want our audiences to sit in groups around the tables.
I hope that this will not be trouble for you as you are an expert in setting up the equipment before giving presentations.
Warm regards,
Shwatank Bhasin
