The graphs illustrate the level of satisfaction of two groups of students with the services of a college library including IT support and opening hours.
Overall, there are more part-time students who feel unsatisfied with two services than full-time students. Most students in two types of education feel pleased with the current opening hours.
For the IT support service, the percentage of full-time students being very satisfied with this service is 55%, higher than part-time students with 20%. The majority of students who have negative feedback are part-time students with 45%, while the figure for full-time students is 13%. The percentage of students who are quite satisfied is rather equal between two groups with 32% students in the full-time course and 35% students in the part-time course.
For the opening hours service, 67% full-time students and 72% part-time students feel very satisfied with this service. Full-time students are rarely displeased with only 1% in total, while the figure for part-time students is 5%. The percentage of full-time students who are quite satisfied is higher than part-time students by 9%.
