The best way for the society to prepare its young people for leadership in government,industry or other fields is by instilling them a sense of cooperation, not competition.

These days society is filled with competition everywhere, making it difficult to those who want to achieve their dreams by inducing stress filled environment through competition from others.Therefore,By making the society as an uncompetitive world and a cooperative one,the society's young people could concentrate on their long-term goals efficiently with the support of others in the society.

Firstly, an uncompetitive world gives you no stress since it manages to provide every individual competition less society in their preparation for the long term goals. The young people in such societies have a clear idea about what are they pursuing and what are they opting from it. If an individual in such societies aspires to become an industrialist , then he could make it all the way to pursue his dreams with the cooperation of others where there is no competition and stress filled environment. Such dreams can be pursued with long term discipline and determination towards his achievement of his dream to be an industrialist.
