The given process illustrates how to manufacture sugar from sugar cane.
Overall, the diagram is comprised of seven stages, beginning with plating sugar canes and ending with drying and cooling final products.
The first step occurs when sugar cane which is used for fabricating sugar grows for about 12 to 18 months. The second stage is that sugar cane is harvested either mechanically or manually. The former requires farmers to get all leaves rid of sugar cane while the latter is no need for that. In the subsequent step, they are milled into juice by the crushing machine.
Following that, the mixture is then filtered to ensure that the sugar juice is purely cleaned. After that, the extracted juice is heated to evaporate in order to remove water until it is concentrated into a syrup. After being became syrup, the mixture is spun in a centrifuge to create sugar crystals. Finally, once sugar crystals are dried and cooled, it is ready to be used.
