The diagram depicts how clothes are manufactured from recycled plastic bottles looking from an overall perspective, it is really clear this man-made process comprises various stages, beginning with collecting plastic and ending with finished clothes rolls being transported to dealers
At the first stage of the process, plastic bottles are gathered from landfills after which it is delivered to recycling factories where bottles are sorted on the shelf and using a crusher cutting plastics into small pieces. After passing through this machine, the filtered machine is pumped water to remove impurities before being exposed to the sunlight to dry for 10 hours.
The process continues with dry plastics being added into a big tank where it is boiled. After that, these mixtures are filled up with three long tubes which have different colors of yarn before being weaved into clothes rolls. Finally, completed products are recycled clothes which are delivered to supermarkets.
