The given flow chart illustrated the steps which are mandatory to write formal academic essays for a particular university course .
Overall, the process comprises six steps, beginning with students being given a first private tutorial and ending with pupils writing the final draft.
At the beginning of the process, it is momentous for students to move to the first private tutorial where they meet their lecturer to have a disscussion about the essay's task and topic. During this meeting, they also obtain a list of resources-books and articles. The next step is researching which takes place in libraries where undergraduates spend their time reading literature and taking notes. After that , interviews and surveys are conducted, and questionnaires are also given to the public. The third stage is extremely vital, at that stage the essay content is organised and the pupils need to ensure that the produced outline is brief as well as the written style and language is favorable for making the first draft.
The process continues with students attending the second private tutorial also called study group discussion, where they discuss the first draft problem areas and ask for futher ideas or suggestions. This next stage is preparing the second draft by reviewing resource materials, incorporating suggestions and checking quotations. The final step is drawing up the last draft. Undergraduates do final rewrite and go it over thoroughly with the purpose of avoiding errors such as spelling. Ultimately, compile bibliography, add a title page and submit the essay before the deadline.
