Paragraph: Positive effects of stress
In daily life, we always face up stress at all times, so we feel bored and exhausted. However, it’s not absolutely right to say that stress is bad for us, because we haven’t realized its positive effects yet. Firstly, stress can help to increase your creativity and motivate you to succeed. When you have to prepare for an exam, project…, you may get stressed but don’t worry as at that time, you can come up with a lot of new ideas or solutions to eliminate the difficulties and achieve your goals. Secondly, stress can also increase your brain power. Biologically, stress releases chemicals in the brain, which is known as neurotrophins that can help you to improve your concentration and work more effectively in a short time. Furthermore, you will be mentally stronger thanks to stress. If you experience a lot of stress, you can learn how to control over situation, from that you can be enough self-confident and keep calm to make better decisions. In the next time, you can improve yourself from the last mistakes and deal with your problem more easily. Finally, stress is a part of your life and makes your life become interesting, so you don’t need to avoid reality. You go to school and graduate as well as you go to work and retire, which are a long journey to reach to the destination. As you look back your past, you can possibly feel proud of the effort you have made to satisfy your countless desires. William Phillips said: “Stress should be a powerful driving force, not an obstacle”. In conclusion, stress has a plenty of positive impacts but you should relax if you find your work too hopeless. If you can convert stress into motivation, you will manage to complete your missions anytime and anywhere.
