Could you just PLEASE explin to me what does "overlapping speeches" mean? I'm trying my best here:(
"overlapping speeches" means
"overlapping speeches" means you repeat some words or phrases in the course of speaking. It shows hesitations, no fluency. and it will affect the following content since it will waste time.
