Overall, Sodium is frequently used in Dinner while in Snacks and Beakfast, people minimize these nutrients. Moreover, Saturated fat is rich in Dinner and Breakfast is the least. In addition, Add sugar is the most intensive substance in Snacks and Breakfast witnesses the least.
In respect to Sodium, Dinner accounts for approximately a haft, at 43% while the lesser using nutrient is Lunch, with 29%. Additionally, Snacks and Breakfast witness the same propotion of using Sodium in USA, with 14%.
Regarding Saturated fat, 37% of this nutrient is used in Dinner, occupying over one-third, followed by 26% of Lunch, which exactly is higher 10% than Breakfast. In addition, Snacks is a minority nutrients, with 21%.
