'On the other hand' means 'However'. It doesn't mean 'On another hand'.

Don't repeat words, phrases and sentences.

Hi, thank you for your correction.
As I both like and dislike the picture, there is a contrast. That's why I used "on the other hand". Additionally, I cannot understand which parts are repititious. This the the text:

Recently, I saw a picture of my childhood. It was taken on my cousin’s birthday about 17 years ago. I both like and dislike this picture. I liked this picture because there were my relatives in the picture as well, that I have not seen them for a long time. When I saw this picture, it evoked lots of good memories. For example, when I saw my grandma in this picture, I remembered her delicious cookies and her kindness. On the other hand, I disliked the picture and I think it is the worst picture of mine because I’m biting a watermelon and I don’t use any forks or knifes. My cousin says it’s not that bad, but I think whoever sees this picture thinks that I’m a glutton.
