Essay topics:

It is better to be unemployed in jobs rather than to be employed in jobs even if they don't feel happy or enjoy it. Do you agree or disagree?

Satisfaction at work is one of the most motivating things in the working process. Many argue that it is better to get a job without being happy, while I still believe that doing a job with enthusiasm and motivation is more effective than unsatisfied work.
On the one hand, various reasons explain why doing unenjoyable jobs could lead to some issues. First and foremost, people might get bored and have no motivation to work when they do an unenjoyable job. For instance, many surveys show that Vietnamese are dissatisfied with their nine-to-five work and always make mistakes such as going late or sleeping during their shifts. As a result, the quality of completed tasks is low, which leads to economic segments and individuals financially. However, with the rising unemployment rate and fierce competition for jobs, the greatest satisfaction for many is simple to have a job.
It seems to me that it is true to recommend people to quit if they are unhappy with their gigs for several defenses. Firstly, a job that is more than a paycheck needs to be a source of pride and self-respect. For example, many people work eight hours a day for over 40 years and rightly expect to derive a feeling of fulfillment from their jobs. Nevertheless, motivation to work involves obstacles and self-knowledge for personal growth and dignity instead of financial incentives. The employment rate is one of the pillars of the modern economy and dovetails into many essential sectors linked to systems that support humans, so meeting their needs is essential.
In conclusion, as explained above, it is not easy to allow people to be unemployed rather than addressing the core issues that lead to this situation. Hence, I agree with the given statement.
