It is evident that the number of people residing in cities is expected to rise in which urbanization in 2050 in North America is projected to be the highest of all countries.
The population of Europe, Latin America and North America is estimated to be higher (84%, 89%,90% respectively) than that of other countries in 2050 and is represented more equally. The residents of Oceania come in the next position with 62% of the people which were urban in 1950 and higher than the previous ones, Europe at 51% and Latin America at 42%. North America, however, is still the biggest one among the countries.
Similar percentages can be seen in the remaining two countries, Africa and Asia. This represents the lowest urbanization rates of other four countries where Africa has the smallest one.
