Essay topics:

Some people think that leaders should be old people, other believe young people should hold important positions in organizations. Discuss both views and give your opinion

These days, a school of thought holds that elderly people should hold higher positions while others claim that younger coworkers can take it better in companies. Both viewpoints are justifiable, but I lean towards the former.

On the one hand, it is understandable why leaders should be old people. Firstly, most of elders have been working for years. They were through many difficult cases so that they have much more valuable work experience. This is the reason why older employees are capable of planning and defining the all-embracing duty and concrete jobs which could bring lucrative profits to their firms. Secondly, the elders may have more trusted and appreciated by other coworkers so that they may have stronger voices in the company which empower them to guide other colleagues. For example, Donald Trump, the 45th president of the US. He had been working in may organizations before becoming president. He had to accumulate experience from every events that he joined. With his unremitting efforts, he won the election.

On the other hand, younger coworkers could take essential parts in their corporation. To begin with, the youngers may have better physical and mental health so that they can suffer work-related stress. Furthermore, nowadays, young individuals could exposure to many social networking which may help them to have more creativity and innovation. They would succeed in productive projects and benefits the whole teams in the organization.

In conclusion, while there may be some reasons to support leaders who is the young colleagues, I am of the opinion that it is better for companies to let the elders hold higher positions.
