The map below illustrates the main changes which will take place in an industrial area in the town of Norbiton in the future.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that there will be more social utilities in this place. Furthermore, there are plans to build a bridge across the river.
Looking at the detail, at present, there are lots of unused spaces in the area. Later in life, these places are going to be used to construct facilities that serve society such as a school, a playground, a medical centre, shops. In the north, a bridge will be constructed to facilitate travel to the farmland area. Also, there will be an emergence of housing in the farmland. As can be seen from the map, at a later stage of life, it is planned that housing will be added to this place. The road which leads to the town in the west is planned to be expanded.
