Scandals have been a part of part of human history for a very long time, perhaps even before the Hindu epic Mahabharata was penned down. And now in the age of social networking and Facebook, we are, in a way, inundated by scandals. But do these scandals focus our attention on problems in a way that is more effective than those of any speaker or reformer? I think otherwise.
