YOU HAVE A FULL TIME JOB AND ARE ALSO DOING A PART TIME EVENING COURSE. YOU NOW FIND THAT YOU CANNOT CONTINUE THE COURSE.
WRITE A LETTER TO YOUR TUTOR. IN YOU LETTER:
• describe the situation
• explain why you cannot continue at this time
• say what action you would like to take

Dear Ms. Camille,

I am writing a letter to you with regards to my IELTS course which I enrolled last month. It just happened that there would be a conflict of schedule between my full time job and my evening class.

One of my workmate already resigned that is why our manager decided to change our schedule. I am so disappointed about it because I still wanted to continue my IELTS course but I do not have a choice. I could not leave my work for I am the breadwinner in our family and I am the only one sustaining the studies of my two siblings. My IELTS course is so important for me because this is one of the requirements on my application in Canada. I still do not have a choice but to sacrifice one of it. I am so sorry for not informing you as early as before. Even myself, I did not expect about the change of my work schedule. But don't you worry, I will surely pay all my fees and return my borrowed books before I leave. Thank you for being such a good mentor to us. Even though I am not as intelligent compared to my other classmates but still you treat us equally. I rest assure you that all the learning you taught us and of course those advises will surely be not forgotten wherever I go. Thank you so much and God bless you always.

Yours sincerely,
Darl
