According to the first chart, the UK graduates in 2008, except go into full-time work, the majority of them continued their studies, which account for 29,655. Another main destination of graduates is part-time work, taking up 17,735 students. Unfortunately, 16,235 students can't find job after finishing their courses and only a little of graduates have willing to be volunteers with 3,500.
As for the below chart which shows postgraduates' destination, the scale is quite similar with graduates'. However, less rate for further study with 2,725 and more for part-time work taking up 2,535. And 1,625 postgraduates are still unemployed. The rate of voluntary works is least with 345.
In summary, most graduates or postgraduates in UK prefer studying further to finding a part-time job. Quite a little students choose to devote themselves into voluntary work.
