Some people work only for a few months a year and take the rest of the time off to do whatever they like. To what extent do the advantages of this arrangement outweigh the disadvantages?
One of the tendencies of our modern society today is employees only work for a few months and spend remaining time for travelling, visiting their friends or even doing other works. In this essay, I am going to examine this question from both points of view.
On one side of the argument there are people who argue that benefits of considerably outweigh its disadvantages. The main reason for believing this is quality of work. Because if employees just musk work for few months so when they come back their work they will feel comfortable and relax. It is also possible to say that officer cannot focus on working all the time. One good illustration of this is scientist and engineer, because of their specific job; working into pressure, therefore they need to take the rest of time off, the similarly is case of worker, they always work so hard, thus they also need a suitable rest time to get energy back.
On the other hand, it is also possible to make the opposing case. It is often argued that in fact if employees just work for a several months, their company will be able to lose a huge budget to hire other workers to replace them meanwhile they are absent. That is what I believe no boss want to do. A second point is that after taking rest, employees are able to lose much time to put their mind in working and they must work very hard as well.
In conclusion, as we have seen, there are no easy answers to this question. On balance, however, I tend to approve the idea that helps employees take the long rest of the time, it means that they will be more free.
