But, a group of people would take so long time, several meeting to reach a consensus regarding agreement to do a task. Meantime, the professor adds that a one person or 2 could be very influential among the group. Or when a group is being influenced by some members, they igorned any warning from other members that seems reasonable.And consequently, when those people diagree upon a work to do, this work dropped immediately. On the other hand, when a project fails, the whole group would be blamed and not a certain individual.
