I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the meal which my family and I had at your restaurant last weekend. Allow me to elaborate on why I am so perturbed.
Last Saturday was my wife’s birthday and I wanted to take her to an excellent restaurant. Your website advertises five-star cuisine and superb service, so we pre-booked your couples celebration package which promises cozy seating with a fixed menu.
Unfortunately, what we experienced in the restaurant was completely contradictory. When we arrived there, we were placed at a reserved table which was very close to the toilet. When we asked for a better table the waiter refused to relocate us. Additionally, two of the dishes were different to the agreed menu. Tuna and Lamb are far cheaper than the salmon and Kobe beef we had expected.
Obviously, on the night I did not want to start an argument. But after consulting a lawyer I will take legal action unless you provide me with a 100% refund.
