The graph below indicates information about water use worldwide and water consumption in Brazil and Congo in 2000.

Congo and Brazil have different water consumption in 1900nto 2000. First, the population of Brazil were 176 million with 26,500 km2 irrigated land and 356 m2 water consumption for person. Next, democratic republic of Congo have different pollution which were 5.2 million with 100 km2 irrigated land and 8 m2 water consumption per person.

According to the graph, global water use by sector divided to three: agriculture, industrial use, and domestic use. In 1900 to 2000, agriculture increase rapidly from 500 km to 3000 km. Industrial use had increased from 0 km to 1,100 km3 by 1900 to 2000. Eventually, domestic use have increased since 1900 to 2000 which were 0 km3 to 200 km3.

In short, the Brazil population consumed water more than Congo. For global water use by sector, agriculture has a good development each year.
