Hello. The ielts part 1 is an interview. How should I answer such questions? may you give me a link to information about it?
This is the link for part I:
This is the link for part I:

The part I will have about 12 questions in 4-5 minutes. It means very question has around 20-25 seconds. We can't give a very short answer or too long an answer.
-----------------
This is a hidden pattern applied for part I one question in 20-25 seconds:
introduction: around 2-5 seconds
sub topic one or reason one: around 10 seconds, about 1-2 sentence
sub topic two or reason two : around 10 seconds, about 1-2 sentence
----------------
It is fine to talk a little bit more for some questions you are familiar with, the examiners will stop you and go naturally to the next question.

It is not exactly right on the topic. The topic is generally for all people in the country. When we see 'process', we can use first, second, third....or use Step 1, step 2.... like:
first, search jobs from Internet or newspaper or from friends
second, send resume
Third, interview
Fourth, maybe second interview
Finally, got the offer.
