As we told you have two main issues:
1. hesitations with 'ehn' in the speeches.
2. off the topic, like the first question: 'whose house/apartment this is'. It is not related to the mortgage. You can relatively talk more than other users, other users just can't talk, but when you talk a lot, it may run out of the track.
Once you remove those two issues, the scores can be higher. You don't need to alter you answers.
