'ehm' will be considered as a hesitation if there are lot of them. It is changeling to remove it completely, but try to get rid of them as much as possible.
First, relax. Nervousness may make the situation worse.
Second, Pause Before You Speak. It means make the speeches ready. When you don't have something talk about, it is likely to have 'ehm'. So give a little bit pause, think, then answer.
Third, Slow Down and try to avoid 'ehm' for some time. but gradually still need to keep the normal speed.
Fourth, Listen to Yourself. If you listen to your own speeches again, you will realize that some of 'ehm' can be removed easily.
Fifth, listen to or watch radio/TV programs like CNN and follow their speeches. It can help greatly to remove 'ehm'.

Try above approaches, and we will see the improvements.
