Dear Manager,
I am a patron of your hotel and I am writing with regards to keeping a party at your hotel for my best friend's birthday.
It is his 30th birthday and I want to give him a surprise by throwing a party for him at your place since I really like the food and service here.
I want to you to note down the necessary things that are indeed extremely important for the success of this occasion. Firstly, there should be a five pound chocolate cake which I believe will be sufficient for all. The guest list consists of twenty people, so, food should be prepared accordingly and it must include sea food and chicken preparations as well. Overall, there should be two starters, four main course items along with rice and bread. In the last, there should be four varieties of deserts.
Furthermore, party is on 30th November in the evening at around 7.00PM for which I would like to book your pool side hall as it is the best one in your hotel.
Your timely response can help me to take a quick decision.
Yours faithfully,
John
