Dear Sir / Madam,
I, on behalf of the Ex-students Association of Dhaka University, would like to state that, on every Friday we the members of the association sit together in your restaurant to get together and pass our leisure time during the holiday. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience last time.
One of our fellow memmbers was a vegetarian. So, we asked the waiter to serve the soup with no chicken. But, whenever we were to try the soup, plenty of chicken meat was discovered. Moreover, your waiter and your manager made fun of being vegetarian when we asked to replace the item. It was very disrespectful for someone's way of life.
I hereby hope that your enterprise will respect every customer's personal matter, as well as their opinion. I also request you to convey an official confession. Otherwise, our association will choose a new destination.
