Some companies and organizations require their employees to wear uniform, what the advantages, and disadvantages of wearing uniform.
It is irrefutable that there are many companies and organizations in this world. In Indonesia, several factories and communities wear uniform when they do their job. In my opinion, there are large number of advantages and disadvantages for wearing synonymous dress. Below I would explain my reasons to support my statement.
Some officers think that wear same clothes would reduce differences between one worker to another, although there are many of them rich people. Thus, in office, there is no someone underestimates his or her friends who does not have much money. Moreover, uniform could become identity of firms and groups to make different with another. Uniform for workers in engineering job would be safety when they wear their clothes for job because in their company would provide and create regulation to safe their employers when they get accident.
On the other hand, wear synonym dress could make officers become bored to put on it every workday. Poor people who cannot buy more than one, it means they would wear until one week. As result, feel uncomfortable and unfocused for their job. Furthermore, employers or member of one community could become arrogant when they wear their uniform, which show to their friends who do not have job. For instance, my neighbour, he is a member of one party in my home town, every day he uses his t-shirt-duty to show that he is extra ordinary people in his party.
To sum up, I pen down saying that wear same dress to go to work and manage organization has several positive and negative effect. It seems to me to choose one of them to be better.
