. why are you shifting to new apartment
. Describe the apartment
. Invite him/her to your apartment
Dear Malisa
Hope, you are having a wonderful time with your family and this letter of mine will find you in a good health. I am penning this epistle to tell you that I have found a new apartment and going to shift on coming Sunday.
As you already know that my previous house was far away from my office and it took two hours for travelling from room to office and back to apartment. I was tired of travelling as well as lot of time got wasted in it. I was not able to invest time for myself. Beside that I had to spend money on travelling.
But now I have rented a 1BHK flat which is at walkable distance from office. I will be able to save money as well as time. It is a beautiful apartment having bedroom with balcony and attached washroom, small hall and a kitchen. Property is situated by the side of road so all the facilities like ATM, supermarkets, bus stop, shopping malls are easily accessible.
I am waiting for your visit to Bangalore so that we can stay together in my new house and will have a wonderful time. I will cook delicious dishes for you. Visit to my place as soon as you get time. Say Hello to your parents and lots of love to Flora!!!!!!!
Yours truly
Watson
