Explain what the company could do to help you
Say how the course will be useful for your job
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to request my enrolment in a training course recently advertised on the website of exact.com.
Let me explain my situation in detail. As you are aware that our company has recently decided to migrate our accounting data to Exact accounting software. Being the Head of the Credit Control department, I will be directed affected by this new change. It is essential for me to complete this training course not only to understand all the relevant features but also to ensure the correct implementation of the software which also help the company to achieve full advantage of this new software.
Keeping in view the above considerations, it is kindly requested to make the booking for me to attend the course as well as any travel and accommodation arrangements. The training course is currently being conducted once every month with limited seats at the head office of Exact in Birmingham.
I look forward to receiving your response.
Kind Regards,
Mal
