Dear Sir
I am writing to complaint about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to be worse than what you say in the advertisement.
I am not satified with it, beacause it is has many problem. According to the advertisement, native teachers only, but there are so many Vietnamese teachers. Not only that but also the advertisement says there are no more than 20 students in a class. That's not true, more than 30 students in class. Moreover, I had to pay for books and casette tapes. The heat made it hard for me to focus on studying. Every classroom doesn't have air-conditioned, it uses fan instead. That's not all. Our study time is reduced. They say the class is from 5.30p.m to 8,30p.m but the class begins too late and it finishes early.
To resolved the problem, I require you to give me a refund. Do the same things as on the advertisement. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.
