Dear Sir,
I'm writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to be worse than what you say in the advertisement.
First of all, in your advertisement, you say all teachers native speakers will teaching students, but there are so many Vietnamese teachers teaching for students. Then, although the advertisement shown there are no more than 20 students in a class, that's not true. More than 30 students in a class. Thirdly, the advertisement shown i'll get free books and cassette tapes, but i had to pay for them. And about the classrooms, in your advertisement, you say all rooms will have an air-conditioned. However, the classrooms don't have any an air-conditioned. It's uses fans instead. Finally, not only the class starts at 6:30 p.m but also finishes at 7:30 p.m. It's begins too late and finishes too early!
To resolve the problem, i require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt
