WRITE ABOUT YOUR PARTNER'S EATING HABIT
Mostly, our eating habit depends on our family's custom and because of my parents' profession, I believe that I have a pretty good diet. As a matter of fact, every parent let their children eat the most nutritious and delicious foods. However, in the long run, their children have eaten it a lot and that is the reason that they have grown up extremely fast in their adolescence and I have to say that I am the victim of that when I was a child. After that, I have declined sort of my portion, do exercise regularly and eat enough three main groups of food: Protein, carbohydrate, fat, and minerals. Specifically, in the morning, I eat a great deal of food but it just simple and quick to have large energy all day. At lunch, it's the family meal, when we are close up, serve and talk together so it has many foods which is cooked by my mother. At dinner, my family just eat leftovers after lunch. We are not a vegetarian and my mother is an excellent chef so I think I have a balanced diet.
