Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to worse than what you say in the advertisement.
First, you said that all teacher are native speaker, but it not true, there are so many Vietnamese teacher teaching English for students. Second, in a class has more than 30 students, not as advertisement.
Not only that, everything isn’t free, we had to pay for books and cassette tapes. Every classroom doesn’t have an air condition, it used fan instead. And in the advertisement say the class time is from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm but in fact, the class begin too late and finish early. Everything is different from what the advertisement says. I am not satisfied with my study at English for Today Center!!
To resolve the problem, I require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.
