Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and to disobey and resist unjust laws
Laws are made for proper functioning of a society. Laws should ensure equal right and integrity of each civillian. In broad context , such laws combine to make constitution act of a nation. But sometimes laws are modified by some powerful upperclass people of the society to use law for their own interest. In that case the fundamental concept of law is violated and any concern citizen should rise their voice against those discrepancies.
However , the genreral statement of disobey and resisting the laws may lead to a wrong direction . Because it is not possible to satisfy evryone in the society by these laws. So if everybody wants the laws according to them and resist otherwise , then soon there will be chaotic situation . Such incidents clearly leads to an undesirable situation.
History shows when the people had used the laws in an improper manner then we have seen the revolution. New laws were formed again to justify with all the people of the society. French revolution is one of the example that have the similar context.
So every body in the society has right to rise their own voice against the unjust law, provided that unjust law should effect the considerable part of the society , not just individual one. There are different peaceful ways of demonstrate the protest , concerened citizen should follow those to resist the unjust law. Otherwise the aim of of the protest may have not been succeeded.
