Governments should place few, if any, restrictions on scientific research and development.

Scientifically, the world has changed into a new planet which can domicile a very new methods as a savior of human time. Things have been verified and produced on the basis of different scientific method. Being in a trading country, many exports and imports are been practiced, which collaborates various technological methods, to combine as a whole and follow those, in order to make a country prestigious. It was once the apes who transformed to humans, it was once the nomads who started wandering in search of new places, it was once Anton von Leeuwenhoek who discovered the cell, it was once Newton to discover the gravitational theory, it was once Darwin who discovered the new world of genetics, it was first Wright brothers who invented navigation through air and many more to be credited. Their deeds can never be blemished from one's heart. Though scientifically many things have been prosperous since ages, but they do have certain dark spots which needs to be analyzed in a proper manner.

Firstly, it’s the duty of government to regularize the scientific research, which some time can be proved to be a bane to the living creatures, For example, the increasing nuclear weapons must have an check before they are in use during war. It was in 1945 when Hiroshima and Nagasaki took place where the first atom bomb was designed and created a havoc to the entire nation. This event was considered to be an illegal act according to the international law. This war has an enormous effect till date, which brought about myriad of ailment in the country. Additionally, the recent updates in 2011 which caused a disaster in Japan due to tsunami, and eventually led to break down of 3 nuclear reactors due to leakage of hydrogen fuel and let to the human life live at the verge of extinction. It was a miserable death of citizens, due to the ignorance of government to acquiesce the construction of nuclear power plant at the sea shore.

Secondly, it’s the genetically improvised world. Miracles can be created with this method. One can modify their genetic inheritance with the new and healthy genes which can be incorporated into any living creature. Firstly, from plants which can produce a hybrid crops due to genetic modifications and then the animals which can produce a combination to more than two characteristic features in an individual such as Mule and then the humans which can produce a duplicate, triplicate etc through cloning with the use of genetics. All these, though considered to be an essential part of a life, some time can prove to be a hazardous situation. Cloning can make an entry into an illegal business where one can use their clone to some unethical and felonious business. Furthermore genetic predisposition requires lot of care to perform each and every individual step. Hence forth government should amend stringent rules and regulations in the field of genetics or else, it might cause a peril to humanistic life.

Thirdly, medicines have become a part and parcel of one's life. Their usage has enormously increased. A child acquaints his own medicine from the retailer without any proper prescription. An elder tries to get the medication on his own experience. All these stuff can create an adverse reaction in the human body. This adverse reaction triggers to the development of nuance of diseases which one might not be aware of. A proper prescription with the designation of a doctor should be taken into consideration by the pharmacist. Government should impose strict rules to follow the method of collection of prescription an then supplying the medication in order to save a human life. It should be duty of council of pharmacy to make strict rules, and person abandoning those rules should be castigated.

Finally, it’s the government which has to look upon the beneficial aspects of their citizens. Blindly constructing new research firms in order to mint money is just a vague idea. Government should plan accordingly to the needs of well being of a society. All the above examples gives a transparent information about the dwindling thoughts of the government and which created a havoc to the living beings.
