Diligent novel person always eager to work and hence efforts of an inexperienced individual are essential when development is considered. Although contributions made by experienced people always have some higher merit whereas abundant efforts of a rookie are always a great factor in achieving success.
Inquiring any field, it is conspicuous that contributions made by the beginner is more important. Just After entering particular field a person filled with full of zeal and confidence. This confidence leads them to do important quality work rather than quantity work. They are eager to work and utilize all of the time without being extravagant-they are parsimonious with time. They justify their wages by providing enough quality work. For instance, Computer engineering field is one of the emerging fields nowadays. Any newcomer after entering IT industry values time and wants to work as hard as possible.
Fields are evolving and everyone should abreast of current technology. As newcomer joint industry that person is possess knowledge of currently used technology. This can be used as a huge advantage while taking work from them. Technology is not circumscribe and can be explore as much as one wanted. Beginner always tries to explore new ways from current and future technology. Juxtaposing both current and the future, the rookie can make an essential contribution to the particular field. Newly qualified, updated with current trends and needs of society, one novice can be equal to the 10 experienced person in terms of contribution to society.
Erudite Experts are experienced person and possess the deep and detailed knowledge of a particular field. As time passes new technologies discovered and this is incorporated in study. Experts have studied the subject a long time ago with obsolete technologies. Then they have to study new technology which is equal to the novice who is learning that technology in curricula. hundred million dollar fact is that worth time one spends on a particular subject at college is much more than one who is study it at own. And hence beginner who has just completed study have much more time to explore things. After considering this fact one can say that beginner should have higher contribution impact than experts.
An important contribution of experts should be taken into account. Person have some experience and at a difficult stage these incisive skills are at the shield. As mentioned earlier, Beginner is a person who is with full of energy and updated with current trends in technology. It is unshakably agreeable that in any field contribution of beginner has higher priority than experts because of presented reasons.
