The chart demonstrates the usage of mobile phones and landlines per 100 people in 7 countries. They can be classified into 2 groups. The first group consists of countries from America and their preference for Landlines over Mobile Phones. In contrast, European countries form the second group which chooses Mobiles Phones to Landlines.

In the first group, Canada have the greatest difference, of which 70 in every 100 people prefer to use landline and only 30 in every 100 people voted for Mobile phones. Following by US and Denmark, 20 and 5 more people opted for Landline than Mobile Phone respectively.

In contrast, the latter group shows an opposite trend. For instance, the number of usage of Mobile Phones (90 per 100 people) doubles the number of Landline (45 per 100 people). Following closely by, Germany, UK and Sweden, there are contrast of 10 , 30 and 25 per 100 people chooses Mobile Phone over landlines respectively.

In conclusion, different continents have different trend in using communication devices as show above.
