It can be clearly seen that, the improvement in Japanese visitors commuting overseas have great impact on Australian's share of Japan's tourist market.From 1985 to 1990,the figure of Japanese tourist travelling abroad followed an increaseing trend, rising from 5 millions visitors to more than 11 millions. In addition to it, it remained constant from 1990 to 1991 at the same level about 11 millions. Moreover, the figure of Japanese tourist travelling abroad experienced an elevate, growing from 1991 to 1995, from 11millions to about 16 millions respectively.
The line graph illustrates that, from 1985 to 1988, the proportion of Australian's shares of Japan's tourist market escalated from 2 percent to 5 percent. Furthermore, after having a dip in 1989,it rose to about 6 percent from 1989 to 1994.
