The diagrams show the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.
The diagrams show that there are certain stages and equipments which are used for building aims. In the first stage, limestone and clay are changed to powder by crusher machine. Then powders mixed by mixer machine and go into a rotating heater which is worked with heat. At least, this powder is changed to cement through grinder machine which is packed in bags.
In the next diagram, there is certain percentage of each component to produce concrete. The percentage of gravel is more than other three materials with 50 %. More over, the percentage of sand has second level with 25 percent while the proportion of water and cement is 25% overall, constituting of 15% cement and 10% water. All the components are mixed with together in a big concrete mixer.
In conclusion, it is clear from the data given that cement- making process is more difficult and time consuming than the concrete production process.
