It is better for children to grow in the countryside than in a bid city. Do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, in modern society, one of the concerns of some parents is about which is better for their children: living in a small town or in a big city. Someones prefers to let their kids grow in a the countryside due to it's safety, tranquility and a calm way of life, that many people consider better to health. Others thinks living in a big city is better for the children's education. Both options have pros and cons, but what are the real creterial to choose, if its possible, which is the best option?
