Modern forms of communication such as email and messaging have reduced the among of time people spend seeing their friends. This had a negative effect on their social lives. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reason for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
It is an obvious fact that communication's today is using more technology, such as email, media social, and messaging than direct gathering with their friends. The question is whether to use the technology as part of daily life in communicating or to reduce using those to make a real relation to others.
To begin with, being able to understand the advantages of using modern forms of communication. The modern networking's today is facilitating human life, typically, to the worker and distant relations. For instance, when we have a long distant relation to our family and friends. We actually cannot meet each other, so, we need the advanced technology for texting, chatting and calling. Also, as the worker, people commonly do some busy jobs. They have a less time to meet their friends and family. They can use phone or email to communicate with them.
On the other hand, modern forms of communication can give a negative impact on human's real relation. It's due to the fact that people rarely gather with friends and family. They tend to text and email them by phone. Certainly, it can make less social feeling on the other. For example, people often use the phone and internet to chat with their friends, whereas they are never seen each other. They preoccupied by the sophisticated technology. Those might make them become careless, arrogant, and unfriendly person.
To put them in a nutshell, I think that modern forms of communication are facilitating our life, for calling our friend and family when we were busy or when we have a long distant relations with them. However, if we often use it and make it the whole communication that we have to meet the people, it will be a negative effect on our life. We should realize that seeing friends are always important communication to make a good relation each other.
